We harvest and custom process beef, hogs, lamb, and goats. We take your instructions on cuts and packaging and meet your exact specifications. In addition to standard cuts and products, we also offer several products that will add some excitement to your freezer. Products include:
- Bratwurst
- Sweet Italian
- Zesty Italian
- Chorizo
- Cajun
- Andouille
- Polish Sausage
- Mild, Hot and Extra Sage Breakfast Sausage
- Sugar cured ham (not available from November through January)
Things to know once you have a harvest appointment:
- Beef, lamb and goat drop off times for Tuesday harvest are Monday afternoons between 1 PM and 5 PM or Tuesday morning between 7 AM and 9 AM. We call approximately one week before your appointment and ask when you will drop off your livestock. We ask that you drop off at the agreed upon time so that we can manage our pen space.
- Hog drop off times for Wednesday harvest are Tuesday afternoons between 3 PM and 5 PM or Wednesday morning between 7 AM and 9 AM. We call approximately one week before your appointment and ask when you will drop off your livestock. We ask that you drop off at the agreed upon time so that we can manage our pen space.
- If you do not have any appointment on our books, we will not unload your livestock.
- We request that beef cutting instructions be provided no later than 7 days after harvest. All other livestock instructions must be provided on the day of harvest.
